Positive growth in life flows when you can recognize vulnerability as an opportunity and discomfort as occasion for strength and resiliency.

My role is to join individuals willing to take notice of these qualities and assist you in taking the next step. My approach incorporates curiosity, empathy, compassion and empowerment providing a space that is partly “figuring things out” and largely understanding our “response to things”. My goal is to help you discover the best version of yourself and skills to maintain the authentic qualities of that version.

I am passionate about meaningful connection to ourselves as the foundation for success, joy and fulfilling connections.

After numerous years of assisting adults and youth in various settings including in residential treatment centers, correctional settings and transitional facilities I recognized that individual needs include the needs of family, community and overall systems. My increased perspective inspired me to move forward in development of skills and comprehensive understanding in mental health care and I went on to receive my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver.
