Navigating overall wellness and self-esteem can be extremely challenging when doing it alone.

Our teens face unique challenges to their generation, and we wanted to be able to provide a space to not only connect on their concerns like body image, social media, and school, but also find ways to navigate these things in a way that's connected to their values.

This group was created to support girls with exploring different aspects of wellness while taking a holistic approach.

For teens:
Camp Wellness is a chance to connect with your peers while learning useful tools to manage challenges on your journey of self-exploration and wellness. It's an opportunity to connect with others who might share similar experiences and a helpful reminder that you are not alone.

For caregivers and teen supporters:
our goal through Camp Wellness is to create a safe and healthy space to help teen girls connect with themselves, others, and find tools to navigate overall wellness in a way they can't with just individual therapy.

A note from our Group Developers & facilitator

Learn more tools to manage mental health

Learn ways to increase self-esteem

Learn healthy ways of communicating and setting boundaries in relationships

UNDERSTAND RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD, BODY, NUTRITION AND MOVEMENT

In our Teen Girls' Group, your teen will:

Better prepare for next school year

Connect with other teens

Integrate your relationship to spirituality through your wellness journey whatever that may be
