Life can often feel defined by anxiety, heartbreak, loss, disconnection, and more – and when you’re in it, it can feel hard to imagine a way out.
Maybe you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, overwhelmed by emotions too big or confusing to name, or disconnected from yourself and others in ways that leave you feeling off-center.
Therapy can be a place to come as you are and begin building a foundation for greater clarity, confidence, and connection. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that may be holding you back from how you want to feel, relate, and live – and create space to explore your emotions, whatever they are, in a way that feels supportive and grounding.
My goal is to help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Ultimately, we’ll work toward deepening your understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you.
I specialize in therapy for late teens (16+) and adults with OCD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, challenging family dynamics, attachment wounds, and relationship difficulties.
What an honor it is that you’re here. I’m so glad you are.

For as long as I can remember, becoming a therapist has felt like a natural extension of who I am – an inner pull toward meaningful connection and psychological insight that has only grown stronger over time. Underpinning all of this is an innate curiosity about the world and the people who occupy it – their histories, defenses, inner worlds, and capacity for growth.
This curiosity, along with a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience, has shaped the path I’ve taken both academically and professionally. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. I have experience working in head and neck cancer research at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and in a private group practice in New York City, where I supported adolescents and adults navigating anxiety and depressive disorders, OCD and related disorders, complex trauma, identity development, relationship dynamics, mood and personality disorders, grief, life transitions, and more.
Using an integrative approach, I draw from evidence-based techniques including exposure and response prevention (ERP), person-centered, attachment-relational, trauma-informed, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I have additional training in ERP for OCD and phobias.
Don’t worry if these terms are unfamiliar – what matters most is that we figure out what actually feels helpful for you. Our work will be guided by your goals – whatever you’re hoping to feel, understand, or move toward. And if you’re not quite sure what you want or need – but know you just don’t want to keep feeling the way you do now – we’ll figure that out together.
I believe therapy is highly individualized, meaning there is no one-size-fits-all approach – and because of that, it’s hard to illustrate exactly what therapy will look like. What I can say is that I work from a place of curiosity, guided by where you are and what feels most meaningful to you, and towards established goals. We’ll spend time understanding your story; at times tending to the parts that feel unprocessed, painful, or confusing. We’ll build upon a foundation of trust and comfort, and I’ll offer tangible tools and challenge you when appropriate.
