Are you a woman navigating the challenges of a leadership position?
Do you feel the weight of balancing the demands of leadership with personal wellbeing?
Do you face challenges in shifting between work and home life and navigating different roles?
Do you find yourself so overwhelmed that you are on auto-pilot a lot of the time?
Could you benefit from practices that reduce stress and increase resilience in high-pressure environments?
Do you want to deepen the alignment between your core values and your leadership style?
Do you long for a community of women who face similar challenges and can understand yours?
Join us for 8 sessions over 4 months for a woman leader therapy group in Denver designed for woman leaders who want to build community and share in the unique challenges that woman leaders face in today’s world.
Navigating life as a woman in leadership is no small task. Your to-do list is packed — balancing career demands with responsibilities at home — all while setting the tone for others who look to you for guidance. And you’re doing this in spaces or in roles that haven’t always been designed with women in mind.
Women in leadership face unique challenges. As a second-career therapist, I still straddle both worlds: I spend part of my week working one-on-one with clients — many of them women leaders — and the rest of my week serving in a leadership role at an EdTech company. I know first-hand the pressures of leading as a woman, and I’m passionate about creating space in therapy where women leaders can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
This group was created to support woman leaders with finding more balance, self-compassion, empowerment, and clarity in their roles and lives. This group is a chance to connect with other woman leaders, share your unique challenges with peers, and learn new skills to support you in your role and in your life.
