In-Person & Online Therapy  |  1780 S Bellaire St #485, Denver, CO 80222  |  303.809.3341

I am a trauma-informed, relational, collaborative provider and when working with me, clients can expect a combination of compassionate challenging, emotional attunement and a warm, supportive presence.

I am passionate about my work with teens, young adults and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues and trauma. I also specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and often incorporate a blend of modalities in treatment, depending on each client’s unique needs.

If you’re ready to step into the next version of yourself, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s get started.

Change can be hard-- but staying stuck in patterns that no longer serve you can be even harder. I truly believe that people are ready to take new steps when the discomfort of staying the same outweighs the discomfort of making a change.

If you feel you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to but are still feeling empty at the end of the day, or are maintaining habits that are actively keeping you away from your goals, you are likely living a life that is not aligned with your values, and I can help.

As a therapist, I aim to help individuals navigate the sometimes messy, uncomfortable parts of growth so they can move toward a life that feels more authentic. I create a space for clients to be with and feel their emotions fully so that they stop controlling their behaviors.

I believe that we must be intentional with what we spend our time and energy on. When we decide what matters most to us and channel our energy into those things, rather than the things that drain us, this is when we can create real, lasting change.

Therapy with me is about learning how to shift your focus to the here and now; towards what strengthens you, rather than what drains you.

Lauren works with adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and parents, supporting them as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, codependency, self-esteem issues, and trauma.

As someone who is neurodivergent and has faced her own struggles with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, Lauren understands firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to move through a world that isn’t always built with neurodiversity in mind. These experiences aren’t just part of her story—they are what led her to this work.

They allow her to connect with her clients in a way that is deeply compassionate, validating, and grounded in lived experience and her own work toward self-acceptance and personal growth
